Pastor Randy Hill & Pastor Shanda Tripp-Hill

 MEET OUR PASTORS:
Pastor Shanda and her late husband, Robb Tripp, founded The Fire Place Fellowship in 2004.  After the passing of Robb, in December of 2021, Shanda carried on the vision of the church.  Pressing on with the church was not an easy thing to do.  There were many obstacles that she faced, but she never gave up, no matter what it looked like in the natural.

In 2024 she met Pastor Randy Hill, of Dunn North Carolina.  Randy was also a widow and a pastor of a church in Dunn. The two had carried on a long distant relationship and then, in October 20, 2024 they were married.
Pastor Randy felt lead by the spirit to move to Nashville after they were married.  So in June of 2025 Randy finally moved to Tennessee.

God restored their lives and now they both pastor at The Fire Place Fellowship. The vision continues with preaching the Full Gospel.  So that, lives can be changed by the True Word of God.  Pastor Shanda still carries on with the vision of giving a voice to the forgotten children.  She is the founder of, Love From Music City, which is a 501(c)3 that helps foster care children in Middle Tn, the orphans in our midst.  This organization is expanding to beyond just Middle Tn.  We are excited about all God is doing and all the doors that are opening up for LFMC.

She Was Healed, is Shanda’s latest book. Shanda invited her world known Mother-in-love, Edith Tripp & her daughter, Hannah Tripp to contribute. The book is Three generations of women inspiring you to overcome. Before the book went to print, her beloved husband of 21 years, Robb Tripp went to be with the Lord. Then just 71 days later, Edith Tripp joined her Son and Jesus in Glory. “She Was Healed” has become her tried and true testimony.

The Team & Volunteers

“No one has ever become poor by giving.” – Anne Frank

Our Board of Elders

Mike and Sharon Madden

Elders
This precious couple have been members of The Fire Place Fellowship for many years and their faithfulness is something to be recognized. Over the years, Mike and Sharon have experienced hardships and setbacks, as well as wins and victories; but no matter what the situation looks like, they remain faithful and strong in the Lord. Their faithfulness, wisdom, and endurance cannot be matched. They are a blessing to this house and all they come in contact with.

Randy & Stephanie Hall

Elders
This is an amazing couple of God who are both gifted and very talented. This couple has demonstrated what unshakeable faith looks like. Randy was 100% healed of Stage 4 Kidney Cancer. On his previous scan, the doctors told him they cannot explain it, but it’s like he never had cancer! God restored Randy as if sickness had never entered his body. Randy is a walking miracle and is proof that God still heals today. Because of their unwavering faith and strength to continue on in the face of opposition, the church has benefited greatly from their loyalty and commitment to this body and their story will forever be known as VICTORY!

Pastor Jana Hinson

Elder & Prayer Pastor
After the homegoing of her influential husband, Dr. Larry Hinson of the Original Hinson Family, in 2020; Pastor Robb Tripp appointed Jana as the Prayer Pastor here at The Fire Place Fellowship. She graciously and humbly accepted the position. Despite some major oppositions she has faced over the years, this powerful woman of God remains loving, understanding, and devoted to God and His house. She walks in love to assist those in need and to offer encouragement for them to find freedom. No matter the storms she faces, Pastor Jana Hinson is a true example of the Love of God.

Hannah Tripp

Hannah is over the young adults group, N.O.W. Gen, at The Fire Place Fellowship, ages 18-25. N.O.W. Gen stands for Not Over With Generation. There is a true call of God on her life. She helps educate the young adults by teaching leadership classes, while showing them the Love of God. Like many young adults, Hannah has experienced many hardships: from her father, Pastor Robb Tripp, going home to be with the Lord when she was only 20 years old, to failed relationships, to unexpected situations arise. Life hits people in all ways, but she had to choose to be an overcomer and not a victim of her circumstances. She is giving hope to her generation and showing them that God can restore all situations.

Jacqueline Carman

Mrs. Jacqueline has served as the Children’s Ministry Director since May of 2018. She is married to her husband Chuck and has 3 kids ranging from 22 years old to 10 years old. Jacqueline grew up in a blended family as a child. She demonstrates patience, love, and understanding to all the children within The Fire Place Fellowship’s Children’s Ministry, newborn – 5th grade. She understands the different situations children face in today’s world. Jacqueline works with the parents to lead, love and guide the children in their walk with the Lord. Her goal is to give your child a better understanding of the Word of God and teach them how to apply the Word to their everyday life.
